This all natural, bottle conditioned Belgian Ale is equally delicious whether brewed with organic or conventional ingredients.

Organic Cane Sugar (15 min boil) |

Irish Moss (15 min boil) |
| 0.75 oz |
Organic Perle Hops (7% AA) (45 min boil) |
| 2 vials |
WLP540 Abbey IV Ale Yeast |
| Extract & Grain Brewing Procedures: |
- Steep grains in 5 gallons 150-180° F for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Organic Maltoferm® 10000 LME and bittering hops and boil for 45 minutes.
- Heat Organic Cane Sugar in sauce pan. Stir constatnly until liquid and slightly browned.
- Add Organic Cane Sugar and Irish Moss and boil an additional 15 minutes
- Remove from heat.
- Cool to 70° F, oxygenate wort and pitch yeast.

- Primary: 10 days at 70° F
- Secondary: 14 days at 35° F
- Bottle condition and age for 1 month
