Recipes - using Bonlander^® Munich Malt

Bonlander^® Munich Malt (DP 40, Color 10 Lovibond) contributes small malty and sweet flavors to beer. A 2-Row, traditional European-style Munich Malt, it develops a clean, malty flavor in the finished beer.

Bock Beer—(This will yield a 5bbl batch on a 7bbl system due to mash tun size restraint..) Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.
