Recipes - using Dark Chocolate Malt
This is one nice malt! More intensely roasted than Chocolate Malt, it delivers intensely roasted coffee/cocoa flavor to Porters, Stouts and other dark, full flavored beers. Or use in small quantities for color adjustment in other beer styles, too.
Bock Beer—(This will yield a 5bbl batch on a 7bbl system due to mash tun size restraint..)
Deep amber colored, rich and malty strong lager.
