Briess - divider line

Base Malts from Briess are produced from only North American-grown, AMBA-approved malting barley varieties. Briess provides both 2-Row and 6-Row Base Malts for greater flexibility in recipe formulation.

1.8 Mild Malty DP 140. Base malt for all beer styles. Smoother, less grainy flavor than 6-Row Brewers Malt. Slightly higher yield than 6-Row Brewers Malt. Slightly lower protein than 6-Row Brewers Malt.
