Dark Roasted Malts

The only thing better than making Dark Roasted Malts is drinking beer made with Dark Roasted Malts. That because pretty much every beer style can benefit from the addition of them!
Of course the intense cocoa, rich roasted coffee and bitter flavors that Dark Roasted Malts contribute are a necessity for brewing such faves as Porter and Stout. But, used in small quantities, Dark Roasted Malts are excellent for color adjustment in all beer styles. That makes them some of our faves, as well. |
