Procedures
- Mash at 154-156ºF for 45 minutes
- Sparge at 170ºF
- Knock out at 70ºF
- Oxygenate highly
- Cool to 68ºF
- Oxygenate and pitch yeast
Primary Fermentation: 14-21 days at 68ºF
Secondary Fermentation:
Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition with 0.25 vial of WLP006 Bedford British Ale Yeast
