Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style 3.3 lbs CBW® Munich LME Extract, LME 3.3 lbs CBW® Pilsen Light LME Extract, LME 1 lb CBW® Pilsen Light DME Extract, DME 1 tsp Irish Moss Boil 15 minutes 0.75 oz Perle Hops (7% AA) Boil 45 minutes 1 vial Oktoberfest Lager Yeast
Procedures
- Bring 4 gallons of water to a boil
- Add extract
- Stir vigorously to dissolve
- Bring to a boil
- Add bittering hops and continue to boil
- Add Irish Moss as indicated
- Remove from heat
Primary Fermentation: 3-4 weeks at 55-60ºF
