Ingredients
Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style 6.6 lbs CBW® Golden Light LME Extract, LME 0.75 lb Corn Sugar 0.75 oz Cascade (5.0% AA hop) 60 min boil 0.5 oz Cascade (5.0% AA hop) 20 min boil 1 vial WLP080 Cream Ale Yeast Blend 1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 10 min boil
Procedures
- Bring water to boil
- Remove from heat, add extract, sugar, and first hop addition
- Boil 40 minutes, add final hop addition
- Boil 20 minutes
- Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
- Pitch 1 vial WLP080 Cream Ale Yeast Blend
Primary Fermentation: 1-2 weeks at 66ºF
Secondary Fermentation: 2-4 weeks
Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition or force carbonate
Original Gravity: 1.052º Plato
Final Gravity: 1.011º Plato
Alcohol by Weight: 4.3%
Alcohol by Volume: 5.3%
