    Ingredients

    1.0 lb Blonde RoastOat® Malt Mash Grain Malted and roasted oat
    0.5 lb Caramel Malt 60L Mash Grain Caramel Malt (Roasted)
    0.25 lb Extra Special Malt Mash Grain Drum roasted specialty malt
    0.25 lb Blackprinz® Malt Mash Grain Bitterless Black Malt
    1.0 lb Goldings Hops (5.5% AAU) Boil 60 min
    1 pack WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast (plus 1/4 pack for bottle conditioning) Fermenter

    Procedures

    1. Mash grains at 154-157°F for 60 minutes
    2. Lauter and bring kettle to volume
    3. Bring to boil, add 1.0 oz of Goldings hops
    4. Boil for 60 minutes
    5. Turn off heat and cool wort to 65°F
    6. Transfer to fermenter
    7. Pitch one pack of WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast

    Primary Fermentation: 1-2 weeks at 65-67ºF

    Secondary Fermentation: 2-4 weeks at 34-40ºF

    Fermentation Notes: Force carbonate, or bottle condition with dissolved priming sugar and ¼ pack of WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast for 2-3 weeks

    Original Gravity: 1.050

    Final Gravity: 1.014
