At Briess, we’re stoked for this year’s CBC in Vegas! There’s always plenty to do in the City of Dreams, and this year’s CBC is no exception with new products, education, resources, networking, and more. What happens in Vegas…gets brought back to your brewery to help you grow the business!

It all starts with the CBC Welcome Reception on Sunday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM, where Briess is returning as a major sponsor. This year we’ll feature a spinning wheel with a prize every time, plus a chance to win the grand prize of a pallet of our new Heritage Gold™ malt!

Vegas is becoming a craft beer town, and we’ll be pouring beers from two local Las Vegas customers:

  • Craft Haus – “Brickhouse Red” an American Ale featuring several Briess malts, including Crystal Red™
  • Las Vegas Brewing – “Easy Briessy,” a Brown Porter also featuring a variety of Briess malts, including Heritage Gold™

Beginning on Monday at Briess’ booth #903, the spotlight will be on our two new malts:

  • Heritage Gold™, an English-style ale malt with complex bread character and notes of honey, biscuit, and floral
  • Crystal Red™, which adds red hues even at low levels, with flavor notes of burnt sugar and raisin

There will be six beers on tap each day of BrewExpo, including a wide variety of well-known brands from across the country, along with select beers brewed on Briess’ pilot line featuring the new malts mentioned above. You’ll be able to directly experience the impact of these dynamic new ingredients.
