So while I was in NC recently I just had to get over to see what kind of progress our friends at New Belgium have made with their site in the arts district on the French Broad River. This property was formerly and old stockyard and you can see some great old pictures pre-New Belgium here: pics.
We did run a quick contest on the Briess Facebook page while I was on the east coast but thought I’d revisit these pictures for the few of us on the planet that don’t actually use Facebook!
As it was a warm summer day in Asheville there were a LOT of people tubing on the river which of course means and extra tube for your beer cooler. I’ve suggested to New Belgium that they rent tubes and coolers for a great lazy float down the river…
