After a long day of tours and presentations for our 2015 Malt+Brew Workshop, we had a wonderful rooftop event at the Maritime Museum in Manitowoc, WI. This was a perfect location to view our Manitowoc Malthouse after exploring the elevator, malting compartments, and storage facilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening, the temperature was comfortable and as the sunset, the night lights glowed on the Manitowoc River. The Museum had an ambient energy as we sipped on craft brews and mingled with brewers. It was a great end to the long day.
