I stopped to visit the new Canal Park Brewing Co. during a recent visit to Duluth, MN. The new tile floor is unlike any that I have seen before. The tile is manufactured by Argelith ceramic tiles out of St.Charles, IL. It boasts greater load resistance and less porosity than dairy/acid brick at the same cost. Ron Flatten, owner of American Acid Proofing from Stanley, WI worked through the night to complete the job, just in time for the arrival of the new 15 bbl DME system that arrived the next day.
