As we have just released our new Midnight Wheat malt I wanted to mention that I brewed an 8 1/2BBL batch of Black IPA (Cascadian Dark) at Schooner Exact Brewing with brewer/owner Matt McClung here in Seattle recently. The beer came out GREAT with the imperial stout color but without the heavily roasted flavor, you would think from being so dark, lots of hops too. I’ll have the recipe posted on the website soon!
