Procedures
- Mash at 152ºF for 45 minutes
- Sparge at 170ºF
- Knock out at 65ºF
- Oxygenate highly
- Cool to 72ºF
- Oxygenate and pitch yeast
Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 68-74ºF
Secondary Fermentation: 4 days at 35ºF
Fermentation Notes: Bottle condition

Final Gravity: 1.017
