Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style 6.0 lbs BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Syrup 45DE High Maltose 60 minute boil Gluten free extract 0.75 oz Saaz Hops (5.0% AAU) 60 minute boil 0.25 oz Saaz Hops (5.0% AAU) 10 minute boil 2 packs WLP590 French Saison Ale Yeast Fermenter
Procedures
- Dissolve extract in warm water
- Bring to boil
- Add 0.75 oz Saaz hops
- Boil for 50 minutes
- Add 0.25 oz Saaz hops
- Boil for 10 minutes
- Turn heat off and cool wort to 72°F
- Transfer to fermenter
- Pitch two packs of WLP590 French Saison Ale Yeast
Primary Fermentation: 3-4 weeks at 70-74°F
Secondary Fermentation:
Fermentation Notes: Force carbonate, or bottle condition with dissolved priming sugar and 0.25 packs of WLP590 French Saison Ale Yeast for 2-3 weeks

Final Gravity: 1.010
