Ingredients
Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style 4 lbs CBW® Pilsen Light DME Extract, DME .5 lb Carabrown® Malt Roasted, Brown 1 lb Caramel Malt 20L Caramel, Crystal .5 lb Cane Sugar 1 oz Target Hops (11% AA) Boil 60 minutes 1 vial WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast 1 capsule Servomyces Yeast Nutrient Boil 10 minutes
Procedures
- Steep grains at 148ºF for 30 minutes
- Bring to a boil
- Add bittering hops, boil 50 minutes
- Remove from heat and add extract and sugar
- Boil 10 minutes
- Cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
- Pitch 1 vial WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks at 66ºF
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks
