50 lbs Ashburne® Mild Malt Base
1.75 lbs Perle Hops (7.7% AA) Boil 90 minutes
1.4 oz Breakbright Kettle Coagulant Boil 20 minutes
2 lbs Saaz Hops (3.1% AA) Boil 10 minutes
4 lbs Saaz Hops (3.1% AA) Whirlpool
1 pkg #2124 Wyeast Bohemian Lager Yeast

Procedures

  1. Mash at 150ºF for 45 minutes
  2. Sparge at 170ºF
  3. Knock out at 65ºF
  4. Oxygenate highly
