Antwerp Gold
Belgian Golden Ale yeast flavors dominate this brew with fruity and phenolic characteristics while Saaz hops add a spicy finish, dextrose thins the body to make this an easy drinking strong ale.

Ingredients

7.5 lbs - CBW® Pilsen Light DME - 60 min boil
1 lb - Dextrose - 5 min boil
1.5 oz - Tettnang hops (4.5% AAU) - 60 min boil
0.5 oz - Saaz hops (5.0% AAU) - 15 min boil
0.5 oz - Saaz hops (5.0% AAU) - 5 min boil
2 packs - WLP570 Belgian Golden Ale Yeast - Fermenter

Directions

Dissolve extract in warm water, add Tettnang hops, then bring to boil
Boil for 45 minutes
Add 0.5 oz Saaz hops
Boil for 10 minutes
Turn off heat, dissolve Dextrosse, add 0.5 oz Saaz hops, then bring to boil
Boil 5 minutes
Turn off heat and cool to 70°F
Transfer to fermenter
