This dark mild lager is distinguished with mild chocolate to roasted flavors, balanced with German noble hops.

Ingredients

375 lbs - Pilsen Malt
100 lbs - Bonlander® Munich Malt
25 lbs - Blackprinz® Malt
7 lbs - Dark Chocolate Malt
14.5 oz - German Perle Hops (8.3% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
35 oz - German Hallertau Hops (7.1% AA) - Boil 30 minutes
24.5 oz - German Hallertau Hops (7.1% AA) - Boil 5 minutes

Directions

Mash in at 60ºC
Raise to 67ºC - hold for one hour
Raise to 71ºC - hold for 10 minutes
Raise to 77.5ºC
Boil 75 minutes
