Brew-it-Again American Brown Ale
Delicious, easy to brew and made with a top-cropping yeast suited for harvesting (and re-use)so you can brew it again with the same yeast.

Ingredients

6.6 lbs - CBW® Pilsen Light LME
0.5 lb - Midnight Wheat Malt
0.5 lb - Caramel Malt 60L
1 oz - Cascade Hops (6% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
0.5 oz - Mt. Hood Hops (7% AA) - Boil 5 minutes
1 capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - Boil 10 minutes
1 vial - WLP039 Nottingham Ale Yeast

Directions

Perform mini-mash with 4 gallons of water and grains
Steep at 152-158ºF for 30 minutes
Add extract
Bring to a boil
Add bittering hops and continue to boil
Add remaining hops and Servomyces as indicated
Remove from heat
Cool to 72ºF
Transfer to primary fermenter
Fill to desired level with cold water
Oxygenate and pitch yeast
