Dortmunder style lager brewed with Goldpils® Vienna Malt.

Ingredients

8 lbs - Goldpils® Vienna Malt
3 lbs - Pilsen Malt
1.5 oz - Saaz Hops (5% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
.5 oz - Saaz Hops (5% AA) - Boil 15 minutes
1.0 oz - Spalt Hops ( 4% AA) - Boil 1 minutes
1 vial - WLP920 Old Bavarian Lager Yeast
1 capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - Boil 10 minutes

Directions

Mash grains at 152º for 45 minutes
Heat to 170ºF
Lauter
Boil with bittering hops for 45 minutes
Add second hop addition, boil 14 minutes
Add final hop addition, boil 1 minute
Cool to 60º F, oxygenate wort
Pitch 1 vial WLP920 Old Bavarian Lager Yeast
Upon first signs of fermentation cool to 52ºF
