4 oz - Caramel Malt 80L
3 oz - Caramel Malt 90L
2 oz - Caramel Malt 120L
0.5 lb - Cane Sugar
1.25 oz - Target Hops (10% AA) - Boil 60 minutes
2 vials - WLP006 Bedford British Ale Yeast
1 capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - Boil 10 minutes

Directions

Mash at 154-156ºF for 45 minutes
Sparge at 170ºF
Knock out at 70ºF
Oxygenate highly
Cool to 68ºF
Oxygenate and pitch yeast
