Don’t be a chicken… Bock Bock
Making a high gravity malty lager doesn’t have to be intimidating, this Doppelbock made with concentrated brewers wort makes it easy.

Ingredients

9.9 lbs - CBW® Munich LME - 60 minute boil
2.0 lbs - CBW® Sparkling Amber DME - 60 minute boil
1 oz - Hallertau Tradition Hops (6.0% AAU) - 60 minute boil
2 packs - WLP833 German Bock Yeast - Fermenter

Directions

Dissolve extracts in water
Add 60-minute Hops, boil for 60 minutes
Turn heat off and cool wort to 50°F
Transfer to fermenter
Pitch two packs of WLP833 German Bock Yeast
