Tactical Stout
CBW® (Concentrated Brewers Wort) operatives have covertly completed the first part of the mission making the remainder of your brew day tactics easy with this Foreign Stout recipe.

Ingredients

6.6 lbs - CBW® Traditional Dark LME - 60 min boil
2.0 lbs - CBW® Golden Light DME - 60 min boil
0.75 lb - Cane Sugar - 60 min boil
3.0 oz - East Kent Golding Hops (5.0% AAU) - 60 min boil
2 packs - WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast - Fermenter
1 Capsule - Servomyces Yeast Nutrient - 10 min boil

Directions

Dissolve extracts and sugars in warm water
Bring to boil
Add 3.0 oz East Kent Golding Hops
Boil for 50 minutes
Add Servomyces Yeast nutrient
Boil for 10 minutes
Turn heat off and cool wort to 68ºF
Transfer to fermenter
Pitch one pack of WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast
