    Columbus Hops (13.9% AA) Boil 60 minutes
    0.5 oz Cascade Hops (7.6% AA) Boil 20 minutes

    Procedures

    1. Mash at 149ºF
    2. Add Dark Chocolate Malt at lauter to achieve color without flavor
