Quantity Ingredient Comment Malt Style 9.9 lbs CBW® Golden Light LME 10 minute boil Malt Extract 2.0 lbs Brewers Oat Flakes At kettle off Flaked Oats 1.0 oz Azacca Hops )(15.0% AAU) 30 minutes at 180ºF 1.0 oz Citra Hops (12.0% AAU) 30 minutes at 180ºF 1.0 oz Mosaic Hops (12.5% AAU) 30 minutes at 180ºF 1.0 oz Azacca, Citra & Mosaic Hops (15, 12 & 12.5% AAU) Fermenter 2 packs WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast (plus 1/4 pack for bottle conditioning) fermenter
Procedures
- Dissolve extract in 5 gallons of water
- Bring to boil for 10 minutes
- Turn off heat and add Briess Oat Flakes in grain bag
- Allow wort to cool to 180°F
- Remove grain bag of oats
- Add 1.0 oz of each Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic Hops
- Rest for 30min
- Cool wort to 65°F
- Transfer to fermenter
- 1Pitch two packs of WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast
- 1Add 1.0 oz of each Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic Hops after 24 hours in fermenter
Primary Fermentation: Force carbonate, or bottle condition with dissolved priming sugar and 1/4 pack of WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast of each for 2-3 weeks.
Secondary Fermentation:
Fermentation Notes: Force carbonate, or bottle condition with dissolved priming sugar and 1/4 pack of WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast of each for 2-3 weeks.
Original Gravity: 1.067
Final Gravity: 1.015
